I also make high-powered bows. Above 70 #, the pulling force is already very high, although I have already made bows stronger than that.
The favorites of long-range and long-range target shooting competitions are the Assyrian, Akkadian, Mongolian bows, which I mount with an extra glass plate for this purpose. Despite their great strength, these bows also prove to be durable, surviving multiple times their design life. The extra work of providing great bow strength makes it difficult to make, so it has little extra cost.
