Extra powerglass

The picture shows two types of glass plate the normal and next to the extra. The two 130 cm pieces bend spectacularly differently, even though the difference in thickness is only 0.1 mm (i.e. zero whole one tenth of a millimeter).

The difference is due to the different proportion of glass fibre in the less flexible sheet. As a result, it is possible to build a stronger bow with the same thickness of limb, or to build a thinner limb to achieve the same spinning power.

The result is that the bow with the extra glass plate will perform better.

Every bow will be better with the extra glass plate, and if you add lead and laminated siyahs, you just have to improve your skills. You only have to pay the minimum extra cost once, but you can enjoy it for the lifetime of the bow.
